Check the form's stated limit and the image's current size. A 100KB target leaves little room for guesswork, so make a copy and reduce it in small, reviewable steps.
Different images compress differently. A simple logo may shrink dramatically, while a detailed photo may need both a smaller dimension and lower quality.

Use size and dimensions together

Confirm the form accepts the result
