Batch Compress Multiple Images at Once

By Convert Any Image Editorial Team ·

Compressing images one by one is repetitive when a set of photos, product images or screenshots needs the same delivery treatment.

Prepare a clean batch

Gather copies of the images you want to deliver and remove obvious duplicates first. A consistent batch is easier to review and makes the same quality setting more meaningful.

Keep an original folder separate from the delivery folder so the compressed files are easy to identify later.

Apply one controlled setting

Drop multiple files into the batch compressor, choose a quality preset and set the maximum dimension. The queue processes available files using that selection.

The result rows show original and output sizes, which lets you spot an image that needs a gentler setting before downloading the set.

Download and review together

Use the ZIP download when more than one result is ready. Open a few representative images from the ZIP to check that photos, graphics and text-heavy screenshots still look appropriate.

For mixed asset types, separate photos from logos or screenshots if they need different output formats or quality settings.
